Novak Djokovic has rewrited tennis history several times, including a record 428 weeks in the PIF ATP rankings.
But on Tuesday, the 24-time major champion turned his attention to another record-breaking spoiler: Swedish pole vault star Armand “Mondo” Duplantis. Just a day ago, Duplantis raised the bar again at the World Track and Field Championships, setting his 14th career record.
Djokovic celebrates the achievement by sharing Sweden’s Instagram post with the title: “Great has no ceiling”.

These two sports icons have long admired each other. Earlier this year, Djokovic presented the 25-year-old World Sports Awards to the 25-year-old World Sports Awards.
Djokovic himself is no stranger to honor, winning five titles – tied for the all-time lead with former world number one Roger Federer.
