Nvidia and Foxconn are building a “AI Factory Supercomputer” in Taiwan

Nvidia and Foxconn teamed up to build what they call AI factory supercomputers in Taiwan. The company announced on Computex will “delivery state-of-the-art NVIDIA BLACKWELL infrastructure to researchers, startups and industries.” Nvidia is also the new local headquarters in Taiwan.

The supercomputer will be powered by 10,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs. NVIDIA said the project will greatly improve the availability of AI computing and strengthen local researchers and businesses. It will provide supercomputers with AI cloud computing resources for people in its technology ecosystem.
