Paige Desorbo details separate from Craig Conover

Paige Desorbo Falling her split Craig Conover In Season 9 Summer Villa The ending, reveals that her feelings for him have changed, and he allegedly refused to publicly clear her name.
“I made the right decision,” Page, 32, told friends Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard After Thanksgiving in November 2024, Wednesday, May 21, the finale refers to her choice to break up with Craig, 36.
Paige told the girls that after the rumor surfaced in January, she deceived Craig before the split and he did not return. Instead of closing the rumor, Craig said, “I don’t want to say anything at the moment.”
The so-called response changed everything about Page. She admitted: “After that, I was like, ‘Now you’re dead to me.”
In the summer of 2024, three months after Bower’s camera stopped rolling, Page announced that she and Craig had quit after three years of resignation. In January, the camera picked it up and recorded her story.
“It made me feel like I made the right decision two days later, my dad called me and said I just wanted you to know, ‘I feel like your personality is back,’” Page said in the finale. “[He said],’I didn’t realize how different you are. Now I call you and you’re very happy. I just felt like I was making my daughter come back a little bit. ‘”
Amanda, 33, admitted that she felt there was something “different” about Paige in the summer, but she didn’t want to push it. “I can really feel something has happened. … You are different,” Amanda said.

Page fully agreed, noting that it wasn’t until last fall when she took a “Squad of Fools” podcast trip that she realized how different she was, and she suffered a “panic attack.”
Paige explained that once she spent Thanksgiving with Craig in November 2024, she later had a light bulb moment for their future. “He was like, ‘Have you ever fantasized about us having a holiday with the kids?’” Page recalls, noting that she initially said yes, but then realized it wasn’t true.
She remembers saying, “I don’t think I want to,” and noting that her feelings about Craig were not “fair”. Page said she told Craig at the time: “You should have a love for life, and I think so is me. I can’t pretend we don’t have these problems.”
After the conversation, Craig told Paige that he would be in New York in December and asked to speak in person and agree.
“He said to me, ‘I really hope you didn’t do that before you saw the ring.’ “Just what he said to me in my head, I was like, ‘That’s why we broke up because I didn’t know you’re lying now. ‘”
Craig claims he has had a ring “a year” but Page told the girls she didn’t buy it. She quipped, “It doesn’t exist, Lindsay. We’ll never see it.” (Craig asks for it in Season 10 Southern Charm Finale and reunion, he did buy a ring and planned to make suggestions before Paige broke.
Looking back, Page said she thought her breakup announcement was “very respectful”. But when rumors began to surface, Paige deceived Craig and he didn’t turn them out, she realized how dynamics were.
“As a girlfriend, I defend you in public,” Page said of her support for Craig’s riding or mocking style. “I fought for you. I lied for you.”
Despite being upset about the ending, Page said she learned that you “have to make an agreement” because life is “not what you think it is” and that doesn’t mean it is “good or bad.” She concluded: “I think [our lives are] Actually better. ”
Summer Villa Season 9 gathering begins Wednesday, May 28, at 9 p.m. ET.
