An image claiming to show a young girl to U.S. President Donald Trump and late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly circulated online and reappeared in mid-July and mid-July 2025.
The image resurfaced after the U.S. Department of Justice issued a memorandum on July 7, 2025, saying no “customer list” was found and there was no reliable evidence that Epstein did not blackmail the outstanding people. The department’s review also concluded that there was “no further disclosure or guarantee” in the investigation of Epstein. The next day, Trump answered a reporter’s question at a cabinet meeting, saying: “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy has been talking about it for years.”
July 9, 2025, X Post (archive) comes with images referring to the title of attorney Pam Bondi (leading the Justice Department): “Hey, Magas! That’s what Barbie Bondi is protecting! If that doesn’t make you angry, you’re part of the problem!”.

Over the years, the image has appeared on multiple social media platforms, including Instagram and Reddit as well as Chinese websites.
In short, we found that images contain many signs of using artificial intelligence to generate. For example, the girl’s left hand appears to be deformed along with the left sleeve of Trump’s coat.

With reverse image search, we found a full-size version of the virus image shared on Quora.

In the original version of the image, we found more signs that the photo was created artificially. For example, the faces of people in the background are deformed, Trump has only one leg, and Epstein seems to be dissolving it on the sofa.

Given that the question photo was created using AI software, we rate it as false.
We have conducted fact-checks on other claims related to Epstein and Trump, including debunking photos of these people on the plane. In July 2023, we investigated another AI-generated image that allegedly showed Trump and Epstein taking a photo with a minor girl. That is, some of the viral photos of the couple are real. Take this 1997 photo as an example, at Trump Magra Estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
