Rory McIlroy is interrupted by elbows to lead the masters

Rory McIlroy, who tied the draw at the fifth in the Houston Open on Sunday, said he was recently disturbed by his right elbow when he rose for the Masters.

However, McIlroy doesn’t sound like this would have any effect on his game.

“My right elbow has been bothering me, so I’ll do some treatment for it and make sure to get into Augusta,” World No. 2 McIlroy said after filming the final round of 64.

“I still feel like I have some work to do. I still think my game is definitely 100% I want. I have a coach, Michael Bannon [Monday] So we will work from home and make sure the game is in the Masters feels good. ”

McIlroy will not compete in the Texas Open this week, winning two championships on the PGA Tour this season. He just needs to win the Masters to complete a professional Grand Slam.

The Masters will be held at the Augusta National from April 10 to 13.
