Second Lady Usha Vance visits Greenland

Second Lady Usha Vance Will visit Greenland Later this week, the White House announced Sunday that it was by far the most eye-catching visit Trump administration focuses on Danish territory.
The second lady visited Paris in February and early this month and has already made many overseas trips.
According to the White House, Vance will visit “historical sites, learn about Greenland’s heritage and participate in Greenland’s national dog race, Avannaata Qimussersu.” She is scheduled to arrive Thursday and return on Saturday.
The White House and the U.S. delegation said her son will join her itinerary.
National Security Advisor Mike Waltz will also travel to Greenland, a source confirmed by CBS News. Sources said Waltz will visit Pituffik Space Base.
Greenland Prime Minister Mute Egede condemned the trip on Monday, saying Washington is interfering in Greenland’s internal affairs, according to French news agency AFP.
“It should be clearly stated that our integrity and democracy must be respected,” AFP quoted Egged as saying.
