Sun Valley 2025 Guest List: 64 Moguls attends Allen & Co Summit

As the summer begins, tech and media tycoons around the world are preparing for the travel season, but a few are also preparing to drop in the mountain resort of Idaho, Sun Valley. Since the early 1980s, the annual Allen & Company conference has been called “the summer camp for billionaires” and has attracted the most powerful figures in the industry.
Despite laid-back dress codes and outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling, gatherings are no easy task. Hosted by investment bank Allen & Company, the invitation-only event usually begins in the second week of July. It uses advanced conferences and private lectures, both behind closed doors and is largely a forbidden area for the media. It’s also the main hub of the deal, and past meetings have laid the foundation for the change action purchased by Jeff Bezos Washington Post and the merger of Disney and ABC.
This year’s guest roster, reported by Variety and Puck, is packed with Silicon Valley power players. Mark Zuckerberg, Tim Cook, Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, Andy Jassy and Sam Altman will all be in attendance.
The Media Giants are also very well represented. Warner Bros. finds CEO David Zaslav just got out of his decision to allocate two points, and will be there with Rupert Murdoch, led by sons, Lachlan Murdoch and ex-wife, Wendi Murdoch, and Netflix executives Ted Sarandos, Greg Peters and Reed Hastings. Disney CEO Bob Iger is on the list again, likely with top heirs Dana Walden, Alan Bergman, Josh D’Amaro and Jimmy Pitaro.
