Tell you what, Hulu’s King of Hills Restart has a clip and release date: How to watch

Get ready to return to Arlen, Texas, for the long-awaited first season, rebooting the King of the Hills from creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels. On Friday, Hulu released clips of the opening ceremony and revealed the August 4 release date. You will be able to play all ten episodes exclusively on Disney+ on Hulu and Hulu.

Thankfully, the opening sequence retains the engaging original themed music, telling us that the restart will be a few years after the original version ends. Bobby Hill is an adult, and Peggy and Hank are attracted to some. Original characters like Deere and Boomhauer are also being edited. Various events were cited in the scene, such as masks during the pandemic, while Dell ran for Mayor Allen. The drone even brought some Alamo beer.

We don’t know how the show will address all the original voice actors who died since the 2009 show, including Brittany Murphy and Tom Petty, who are as lucky as Tom Petty. Johnny Hardwick, an actor who expresses Dale Gribble, died during production. Hardwick reportedly did some voice work for the new show.

You can expect many members of the original cast to return. Mike Judge will be back with Hank Hill and Boomhauer, Kathy Najimy, and Peggy and Stephen Root are back with Bill Dauterive. And I can’t forget Pamela Adlon for Bobby.
