But Taylor seems to be more infatuated with Deacon than her work ethic would normally allow. When her daughter Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) picked up on her mother’s grief this week, she thought her pain was due to the loss of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Instead of praising Sheila for seeking Taylor’s help and resisting the temptation to crash Hope’s wedding, the doctor rambles on about what Deacon’s wife almost did. Tyler tells Deacon that Sheila almost became an uninvited guest at the wedding. Or at least that’s what her actions suggested to Taylor. But Sheila didn’t. She left. Although respecting Hope’s wishes was the right move, Tyler still believed Sheila was untrustworthy.
Taylor recently opened up about the damage Brooke has done to her over the years. But now it looks like she may be taking a page out of Brooke’s book and pursuing the unreachable man, albeit causing Sheila the same pain. The obstacle of a significant other doesn’t seem to mean much to Brooke’s romantic pursuit of Ridge. Now, Taylor seems to be ignoring the same obstacles, even as she views Deacon in a professional light.
