The first step is very heavy on Silver Surfers

Obviously, we’re all interested in the next movie on Marvel’s release calendar, Thunder and lightning– But most of us do watch on July 25 Fantastic Four: Step One. The first trailer dominates, and at Cinemacon 2025, Marvel released what looked like the second trailer, and the new footage had a huge impact.
We start with the TV show Ted Gilbert performs This sets an introduction to the Fantastic Four. Just as Ted explains their story of entering space, we see some short shots of everyone, including one of the things (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) pulling a giant ship to the port. Gilbert said the city and the planet owed the group debt and everyone wanted to thank them for what they did.
At the family dinner, Reed (Pedro Pascal) and Sue (vanessa kirby) are late, so Johnny (Joseph Quinn) gives them a little bullshit. It turns out that they were late because Sue was pregnant. Johnny is ecstatic and tells Sue that she will be a great mom, but Reed may not be a good father. “Nothing will change,” Sue told Reed. “We can do it.”
The shooting stars filled the sky, facing the ground. Enter Silver Surfers (Julia Garner) and ask if they are the protectors of the Earth? Reed said yes. She told them that the planet had been marked as death. Later, Reed talks with Sue and says it’s his fault. “I stretched out the boundaries of space, and they heard it.” Galactus’ (Ralph Ineson)’s shadow began to cover all New York City
A press conference is underway and people ask questions to the group. “Are we safe?” asked. “I don’t know,” Reed replied. We see him scratching some math on the blackboard and tell Su that he hasn’t given up. Surfers rise through some lava. Sue said they will face this together as a family.
On a street full of rubble, a girl ran out and grabbed her toy as a huge rock began to stick to her. “We’ll protect you,” Reed said at the end of the trailer.
What we found most attractive about this movie was that it was clear in other multiverses and how it fits with the Prime Marvel Universe should be interesting. We’ll find it on July 25 Fantastic Four: Step One Go to the theater.
