Obviously, it will take years to fully assess the extent of any given trade, but the measures to say that this move have not been put into practice for a large extent. The top four are the current major leagues – the top three are stars or close to stars – Susanna is now in the top 100 pitching prospect. Washington’s farm system ranks 21st in the Grand Slam, after benefiting from the No. 1 pick in this summer’s draft. ESPN’s Kiley McDaniel ranks 22nd. The MLB.com team ranked them 23rd. That’s not enough for the last team that has been rebuilt for more than four years.
