This thriller starring Sandra Bullock is topping the Netflix charts – is it worth watching?

While it’s never been considered an underrated gem – and for good reason – it’s still worth a look to see just how bad it is.

It’s not “too bad but good” but “so bad it’s weird”
premonition The story begins on the day Linda Hansen (Bullock) discovers that her husband died the day before, and the narrative sees her fluttering back and forth between a life with him dead and a life with him alive. One day he died, the next day he was back, and so on. If that premise doesn’t sound ridiculous enough, there’s more to it.
Because of the bizarre, time-jumping way the story is told, the filmmakers seemed to hope viewers wouldn’t notice the many plot holes and inconsistencies, including the story of Linda’s daughter breaking through a plate glass window. But perhaps more confusingly, the film is not only a non-linear sequence for us, but also a confusing sequence of events for Linda. So, basically, everyone is confused and everyone is annoyed. At some point, Linda ended up in a mental hospital, where she used her supernatural powers to commit many crimes. It’s silly, but sometimes it’s fun to be annoyed by a silly movie.
Sandra Bullock gives a great performance
When has Sandra Bullock been bad? I mean, she did won a Golden Raspberry Award for his performance All about Stevewhich I think makes more sense than if she hadn’t been nominated at all. Eventually, Bullock took on the responsibility premonitionanchoring a poor narrative and boring execution with her unwavering emotional performance, giving weight to her characters and story.
Because despite the film’s other problems, Bullock manages to convey huge emotions: fear, confusion, sadness, and heartbreak, and she does it with authenticity. Even if a scene might not work, Bullock’s ability to portray anger and pain keeps everything grounded. It was this emotional range that ultimately landed her an Academy Award immediately after accepting the infamous Razzie Award. If nothing else works, Bullock will do it. This should be some kind of motto.
It will inspire you to watch other better movies
