Trump delays Tiktok ban for another 75 days

Well, it seems Tiktok has been here for a few months.
Just the day before the Tiktok ban is about to take effect, the Trump administration once again decided to temporarily postpone the US Tiktok ban for another 75 days. Tiktok doesn’t necessarily save for a long time, but at least we can access the app on June 19.
“My government has been working to save the Tiktok deal and we have made tremendous progress,” he wrote in the Truth Society Post. “This deal requires more work to ensure that all the necessary approvals are signed, which is why I signed an executive order to get Tiktok up and run for an additional 75 days.”

Is Tiktok going to be banned in the United States?
Unless social media platforms comply with U.S. laws enacted by the Supreme Court, Tiktok will be banned on Saturday, April 5, requiring Tiktok to evacuate its parent company Bytedance. There are multiple people, groups and companies looking to buy Tiktok, but no agreement has been reached.
He continued in the Truth Society Post: “We want to continue to work sincerely with China, and I understand that we are not very satisfied with our reciprocal tariffs (for fair, balanced trade between China and the United States!). “This proves that tariffs are the most powerful economic tool and are very important to our national security! We do not want tiktok to ‘black’. We look forward to working with Tiktok and China, and thank you for your attention on this matter!”
Trump is sure he can reach an agreement by the April 5 deadline, and now he seems to believe another 75 days will help him find a solution. Either way, Tiktok will stay on your phone in a few more months.
