Tyrese Haliburton

After the Pacers threw the second NBA Final game to the Oklahoma City Thunder, everyone was talking about the scoreboard and more about Tyrese Haliburton’s post-game walk.

During a Sunday night press conference, the Pacers’ defender was taken off the stage, attracting fans and media attention.

The editing spreads quickly, and questions and questions are raised faster.

But on Tuesday, Haliburton silenced the noise through the Gainbridge fieldhouse tunnel with a smile and a pole, without any signs of discomfort.

Asked about the obvious liberal performance on Sunday, Tyres said: “I’m fine. [It] It’s actually just a calf. I’ll stay there. I don’t think there is anything else to go into detail. I feel good,” he repeated. “I’m going to go to the competition. ”

Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle doesn’t seem to be too worried either.

“He practiced. He went through everything,” Carlisle told reporters. “I know he has some discomfort. He feels it. But it’s getting better every day. I don’t think you’re hearing from him.”

Schedule is not important. Indiana returns home in a 1-1 tie for third series, and both teams can show either way.

Haliburton, who scored 17 points and 6 assists in Game 2 and won the game in Game 1, remains the key to Indiana’s first ever NBA title.

This is just the second final for the Pacers, the last time in 2000. With Haliburton leading alongside Pascal Siakam, who is still seeking to rediscover his Eastern Finals MVP form, Indiana knows they’ve shot.
