Hello, cable subscribers! Thanks to everyone who attended our recent AI unlock webinar. I really liked the lively discussion about Chatgpt’s software features and hopefully I can answer more questions about using Generative AI tools.
I really like the question of Chatgpt not only what chat can do. Image search is a feature I use a lot, and it’s my first impression of the tool I recorded when it was first deleted in September 2023. Nowadays, when I don’t recognize something, I use Chatgpt’s image search tool by taking pictures with my phone. I will upload the screenshot and ask what the chatbot is. For example, I recently went in an Irish bar and learned that when I saw one hanging on a wall and was confused, I knew a Hurley. (Although, when I have coffee again, I can also ask the friendly bartender.
During the 45-minute session, I was unable to delve into what CHATGPT features? Two thoughts: temporary chat and memory.
Temporary chat makes things more private. For example, when the conversation ends, the log of the conversation will not appear on the left side of the screen. Temporary chats are not protected enough and you should feel comfortable sharing private information – absolutely still not – but this is a great option for chats you don’t necessarily need or want to save for your own use.
Chatgpt’s memory functionality has become better over time. Although some information about you will be stored passively when you use the tool (unless you turn it off in settings), I think it is really a better software experience to actively interact with Chatgpt’s memory by telling your preferences.
What are the disadvantages of Chatgpt? I want to highlight three here. These are all the questions I have to keep in mind when using any AI tool and think you should do the same.
