Xbox will allow you to pin up to three favorite games to your home screen

You will soon be able to get into your favorite games faster with the updated Xbox home screen. According to Microsoft, Xbox Insiders will get three new customization options later this week, which will make their dashboard feel more personal. As stated in Xbox Wire, some Xbox players will have options to reduce confusion and allow them to pull their favorite games in front of the list.
The first major change allows you to pin your three favorite games or apps to the most recently played list. Fixing these means that even if you occasionally launch other applications, they will remain in front of the list. Apart from that, your Xbox will also get the option of “Hide System App”, which should reduce confusion and remove those less important shortcuts. To further simplify your home screen, Xbox will introduce the Reduce Tile Count feature, which allows you to set how many visible tiles are set in the list of recently opened games and apps. With these new features, Xbox players should get a cleaner homepage that makes their dynamic background glow more.
“We’ve heard from many that a house should be more like your space,” Eden Marie, the principal head of software engineering for Xbox Experience, wrote on the Xbox blog. “Whether it’s surface, hiding something you don’t use, or just making the family feel less crowded, this update is a direct response to that feedback.”
According to Microsoft, these features will first arrive at the Alpha Skip-head and Alpha users’ consoles. However, the company is still adjusting the reduction of tile counting feature, adding that it will be launched soon. Now, if there was only one way to hide these ads on the house screen.
