Zohran Mamdani, Mayor Dig in Adams, published his (700+ SAT II scores)

Democratic mayor nominee Zohran Mamdani publicly released his more than 700 SAT II scores in a poke by critics on Wednesday, who have captured his career in college, including his decision to identify himself as African-American and Asian in the Columbia University application.
Speaking at the headquarters of the United Teachers Federation, Mamdani revealed that he received 710 times in the SAT II English exam and 740 times in his World History exam.
“I know it’s very interesting to Eric Adams and many others,” Mamdani said smirking, standing with UFT President Michael Mulgrew, whose strong union recognized the mayor’s bid for Tuesday.
Mamdani’s comment on college test scores comes after Adams and his supporters made Mamdani’s college career the primary target of political attacks over the past few days.
The controversy began when The New York Times reported last week that records of hacking at Columbia University showed that Mandani had applied to the university to be African American and Asian. Born in Africa, each of Indian parents, Mamdani later moved to the United States, he said he checked two boxes because he felt neither of them fully explained his identity.
But the mayor and an X account affiliated with his campaign @adamswarroom, attacked Mamdani’s application flap, saying he was trying to use black identity as a trump card when the competition was a factor in college admissions. Mamdani, who ended up attending Bowden College in Maine, was not accepted in Columbia.
Following the app’s script, more information about Mamdani, the Colombian hacker, was leaked, including records showing he scored 2,1400 points on the regular SAT, while his regular SAT, median student median was the median of Ivy League schools.
“We can say,” Adams War Room account tweeted about his SAT score.
Adams and others also attacked Mamdani to get social media posts he made during his college days, including news that advocated socialist views.
“It’s really scary,” the War Room account recently wrote on X.
As a Democratic mayor nominee, Mamdani became a favorite to win the November election. UFT recognition marks another influential league for Mamdani after defeating former Governor Andrew Cuomo in the primary.
In a new poll for November matches released Wednesday, Mamdani led 35%, Cuomo trailed 25%, Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa was 14%, and Adams ranked fourth with 11%.
In his tweets and university records, Mamdani said he believes Adams is focusing on these issues to distract from the “record at hand”.
“What I heard from New Yorkers is that they can’t afford the rent, they can’t afford their Kanderson bills, or even a metropolis… If I were Eric Adams, I would rather talk about SAT scores than he added 9% of the rent in his first few years of his mayor and added rent.
